Life at the Nesang village, in
Himachal Pradesh's Kinnaur district, is still bereft of shopping malls, bars
and pubs. The village lads play cricket day in and day out. As can be seen in
the picture, the field is heavily packed on the offside, to stop the ball going
down the cliff on that side. Fields are set according to that and so are the
bowling lines. Swipes across the line are manufactured, but there is no next
level for the Glenn Maxwells and Ross Taylors that emerge here.
